Shipping policy
All orders take 2-3 business days to process prior to shipping from our warehouse.
Pre orders: Pre orders will be shipped by the latest on the stated shipping date, there may be times where the goods will be shipped before the stated shipping date. You have the right to cancel before the goods are dispatched, once the goods are dispatched please see our refunds policy.
Processing and shipping
All orders take 2-3 business days to process prior to shipping from our warehouse, and the delivery date depend on the service chosen at checkout.
Kindly note, if inaccurate or incomplete shipping addresses are provided, or if there are unverified details with your order, it may delay processing by an additional 1-2 business days or the time it takes us for you to provide the correct address. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to check out.
Your package may require a signature. Packages are delivered to the mailbox or front door of the address provided, however, the operations of the delivery courier to determine that they will decide whether it is safe or unsafe to leave the package in the open, in the event they deem it unsafe, they will hold the package at a local depot or re-schedule another delivery.
DELIVERED NOT DELIVERED
If the tracking information confirms that an item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to have them investigate the issue
If after this time you still cannot locate your package, please email our support team Contact@naroa.com with your order number and we’ll be happy to help you further.
Note: Once the tracking information states that the package has been delivered to the order address, we cannot be held accountable for that package
